A Weekend in Santa Barbara

I headed up to Santa Barbara from L.A. on a Friday afternoon to meet with my people.

In summary; solid mates, frigid mornings and nights, a lot of footy, motorbikes, paddle boarding, beer, Dominion, and hanging your head out the window breathing in crisp fresh air.

What I learnt about finding community and creating photos from this weekend is that you simply have to take action before it will ever happen. You flat out have to just do something, anything, leave your house, walk to the train station, even just walk to a restaurant and text a friend, you have to do something. Community is out there waiting for us, it has to be. I found a glimpse of it here in Santa Barbara, and I hope for you to find some somewhere too.
